PLEASANT EVENT CALENDAR
Creating a "Pleasant Events Calendar" for students is a wonderful way to help them schedule enjoyable activities for self-care. By planning fun and relaxing events, students can prioritize their well-being and mental health.
This calendar can include activities like movie nights, world cup winning, birthday celebration, nature walks, art sessions, or simply spending time with friends. Encouraging students to engage in these positive experiences can contribute to their overall happiness and stress relief.
